What It Helps:

zuccini.

How It Helps:

  • Including whole grains into your daily diet can help in reducing the risk of being overweight as well as digestive disorders.

  • The fiber and resistive starch that is found in the corn helps with diarrhea.

  • Contains lutein and zeaxanthin which found in the macula of the eye are what absorb blue light. This blue light is what can cause damage to our eyes. Therefore lutein and zeaxanthin help prevent damage to the eyes.
