  • Coumarin found in celery can lower blood pressure levels; drink 40mL of celery juice daily

  • It is rich in potassium as well as sodium; Celery juice can be used as an electorlyte drink.

  • Can help detoxify the body which in turn may help lower cholesterol levels.

  • Rich in vitamin C which helps fight off colds as well as helps with inflammation

  • Make celery juice and drink daily for a cleansing/detox drink. If the juice by it's self isn't that appealing juice some carrots and mix with the celery juice.
