  • Contains carotenoids (type of antioxidant) which can help prevent  the DNA from health cells altering. These carotenoids also help prevent the decline of vision/eye health/

  • The carotenoids, along with calcium, also help maintain healthy bone and skin. 

  • The mineral selenium (found in broccoli) helps with immune system as well as helps prevent cardiovascular diseases 

  • Both vitamin C as well as vitamin E help protect the skin and help protect from UV damage.

  • Contains vitamins B9, B12, and iron which help with anemia
