  • Contains thymol and carvacrol which have antimicrobial properties (viral, fungal, bacterial, etc.)

  • Rich in antioxidants.....may be even more then some fruits.

  • Can also help with inflammation

Tips & Other Info.

  • When storing, no need to keep them moist. You can store them in an open ziploc bag.

  • Pick them fresh and make a salad 

  • Dry them and use as a tea.
