  • Helps with digestion as well as the digestive system. Helps relieve gas/flatulence.

  • Helps the liver with getting rid of toxins.

  • Contains antimicrobial properties

  • Can also help with insomnia

Tips & Other Info.

  • When storing, keep them moist by wrapping in a damp paper towel and placing them in a ziploc bag.

  • When cooking, it is best to use as a garnish or use it at the very last minute.

  • Crush the seeds and infuse them with about 2 cups of water and soak your nails in it- can help strengthen the nails.

Sow in Spring (March-May) till Summer (June-July). When sowing seeds place seeds directly where it will grow, as dill plans do not like to be transplanted. Prefers well drained soil.
Pick the leaves when they have matured. Harvest the seeds in Fall (September-November), which can be kept for about 3 years in a sealed container
Watering: Water them well especially during dry weather.
