Chamomile tea is relaxing and calming. It helps with nervousness and anxiety. It also relaxes muscle tension and cramping.

Relieves bloating and gas

Get loose chamomile (not in tea bags)
When making chamomile tea let it sit in the warm water for about 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy (or if you do not mind the small pieces in your cup then no need for straining). My go to drink before going to bed.

Sow the seeds in the spring (March-May) into a well drained soil.
