Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera

What It Helps:

How It Helps:

  • High in Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and zinc, which helps with inflammation, in the healing process, as well as against bacteria/virus.

  • Aloe juice also helps internally with the digestive system and aids in bowel movement (laxative)

Tips & Other Info.

  • If you have small cuts or burns cut a piece of the leave and use the gel on the inside of the leaf and rub it all over the area.

  • If you have the plant, cut a whole leaf, scrape the gel in a blender, and blend for a couple of minutes till it is not foamy anymore. Pour into a small ice cube tray and freeze. Use it as a facial moisturizer or if you have a cut, just rub it on. (If you are going to use it as a facial moisturizer usually i put a couple of drops of rosewater in there, gives a better scent too).
