Watermelon: It's water content (along with the nutrients) helps with expelling excess water in the body. Also contains antioxidant properties along with anit-inflammatory properties.

When you cut the watermelong into triangles, put a popsicle stick through the peel. You won't get your hands dirty and have the juices running all around your hand, and plus the kids will eat it as if it's ice cream.
