When storing, keep them moist by wrapping in a damp paper towel and placing them in a ziploc bag.
When cooking, it is best to use as a garnish or use it at the very last minute.
Mint tea is my go to when having an upset stomach or nausea
Add fresh mint to tabouleh! Makes it extra delicious.
Dilute and massage your temples with it to help with headaches and migraines
Making an infusion with lotion and rubbing onto your skin (for example for eczema) can help calm the irritation.
