How It Helps:

  • Helps with digestion and digestive system, which can help with an upset stomach.

  • Helps relieve flatulence & cramps

  • Helps with nasal congestion & respiratory infections

  • Helps relieve pain, headaches, & migraines.

Tips & Other Info.

  • When storing, keep them moist by wrapping in a damp paper towel and placing them in a ziploc bag.

  • When cooking, it is best to use as a garnish or use it at the very last minute.

  • Mint tea is my go to when having an upset stomach or nausea

  • Add fresh mint to tabouleh! Makes it extra delicious.

  • Dilute and massage your temples with it to help with headaches and migraines

  • Making an infusion with lotion and rubbing onto your skin (for example for eczema) can help calm the irritation.
