Tips & Other Info.
You can add a hint of garlic to any dish!
Grilled garlic is easy to do and goes perfectly with your kebab. Slice the garlic in half, brush with a little bit of olive oil, and toss on the grill.
Add garlic when making hummus from scratch.
Saute or marinate your shrimp with garlic.
Helpful Tip For Mamas With Kids: Save time peeling, mincing or crushing your garlic. Whenever you have time, peel a whole head of garlic and put it in the food processor. Once you're done, put small pieces of the chopped up garlic into the ice cube tray (the one that comes in small tiny square cubes) and fill up each small cube. Freeze it. Whenever you need garlic in a dish just pop out one cube and toss it with your food (usually one cube is about one clove).
