Sow in early Spring (March-May) to late Summer (June-August) | Once you have picked them use them within a day or 2 so that flavor of it is still fresh.
When harvesting do not pick all of it at once and completely strip it. Harvest them when they are about 4-5 inches. | The flower of the cilantro contains its seeds (coriander), which can be cut, hung upside down in a paper bag and tied to the paper bag (so its closed), and left to dry. After about 10-12 days you will find all the seeds on the bottom of the paper bag. | Watering: Maintain a moist soil. | Partial shade | Can be in ground or in container with well drained soil. Prefers a more alkaline soil. |
